Annual Church Tax and Law Seminar

Graced 4 Service, Inc. offers an annual church tax and law seminar in January of each year.  This seminar is designed for the clergy, trustees, pastors, deacons, board members, clerical staff, and finance teams.  During this seminar, we discuss new laws and trends that will affect the church and non-profit organizations associated with the church. We explore how technology can enhance your ministry. Graced 4 Service, Inc. offers a Financial Overview session for churches and church leaders.  This seminar will help the church to determine whether they have instituted proper checks and balances that will help protect the church assets.  During this session we will look at the financial procedures for processing the offerings, proper documentation for check writing, and understanding what the IRS requires for contract workers and employees. Graced 4 Service, Inc. offers setup and training for financial software.  We will evaluate your current software and determine the needs of the ministry and make recommendations for financial software that will increase productivity.  Churches need to be able to track contributions and print year end statements for their contributors.  They also need to be able to print checks, process payroll, use direct deposit and reconcile bank accounts.  We will make recommendations that will be user friendly and cost effective.
